Composite TechnicianWe’re hiring a Composites Technician to join our manufacturing team in Augusta, Maine. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with materials, following technical instructions, and being part of a team that builds high-quality FRP components.What You’ll DoLay up fiberglass and resin to manufacture FRP componentsSafely handle vinyl ester and epoxy resinsUse hand and power tools, measuring devices, and shop equipmentRead and follow technical drawings and work instructionsPerform finishing work including grinding, painting, and cleanupCommunicate effectively with team members to meet production goalsLift and carry materials up to 100 lbsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience with composites, fiberglass, or manufacturing is a plusAbility to read measurements, drawings, and instructions accuratelyComfortable using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessReliable, team-oriented, and physically capable of the job demands
