Job description
Job TitleKEY RESPONSIBILITY:Reviews batch card, checking raw material status prior to commencing with the preweigh process.Prepares all necessary paperwork: in process labels, weight sheets for assigned batch to beEnsures accuracy of weighed of raw materials and in accordance with batch card requirementsResponsible for recording inventory movement locations of raw materials.Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing department equipment and components.Responsible for housekeeping of production lines and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.Verifies the accuracy of weight scales.Adheres to established safety rules and GMP requirements.Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:HS Diploma or GED required.1 -2 years' experience working with equipment in a manufacturing setting.Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic weights, measurements and math skills.Computer literate.Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.Pay rate $18.00 - $22.00 per hourPLZ Corp offers a robust suite of benefits Including:Medical, Dental & Vision benefits.Company paid Life and Short-Term disability.Voluntary benefits include additional life, disability, and hospital/accident insurance.401k & company provided match.Paid Time Off.Bonus incentive programs (Note, bonuses are subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
