Kdc/one is looking for a Lead Compounder to oversee the compounding of bulk products and ensure top-tier quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.What You'll Be DoingLead and assign daily compounding tasks to meet production goals and quality standardsTroubleshoot errors in SAP and Manufacturing Instruction PacketsRecommend equipment upgrades and process improvementsInvestigate batching issues and implement corrective actionsCollaborate across departments and support special projectsMaintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environmentSupport safety investigations and promote safe work practicesComplete SOPs, Work Instructions, and documentation accuratelyUphold confidentiality of sensitive customer and product informationWhat We Need from You:High school diploma/GED with strong math and reading skills2 years of compounding experience in a chemical processing/manufacturing settingExperience in pre-weight, processing, or sanitization (preferred)SAP experience (preferred)Previous leadership experience (preferred)Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsWorking ConditionsClimate-controlled manufacturing environmentMust be able to lift up to 80 lbs occasionallyExposure to motorized equipment, chemicals, sanitizers, and hot waterRequires standing, walking, reaching, and use of PPE (hairnet, safety glasses, steel-toe boots)KDC-ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
