Temporary Compounding Operations Technician (Through Staffing Agency)Winchester, Kentucky10 -12-Hour Shifts (Day or Night Availability Required)Temporary (W2 via Third-Party Staffing Agency)Danimer Scientific is seeking a Temporary Compounding Operations Technician to support hands-on production activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is a temporary role that will be employed and processed through a third-party staffing agency selected by Danimer Scientific. This role may have the potential to be converted to a full-time Danimer Scientific position, dependent upon individual performance, business needs, and production demand. Conversion is not guaranteed.What You'll DoOperate compounding process equipment, tanks, piping, and utilitiesMonitor process conditions and adjust parameters as neededAccurately complete batch records, logbooks, and production documentationAdd chemicals and additives based on calculations and process requirementsOperate a forklift and other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve process or equipment issuesMaintain cGMP-compliant work areas and perform housekeeping dutiesIdentify, report, and act on quality or safety deviationsStop production when a critical safety or quality issue is identifiedAssist with SOP reviews and updatesTrain new and developing operators as assignedCommunicate production metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teamsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsOn-site presence required for all scheduled shiftsAbility to stand, walk, reach, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyAbility to wear required PPE and hear alarms/machineryFrequent exposure to noise, fumes, airborne particles, moving equipment, and hot/cold conditionsOccasional work in a shared control-room office environmentQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing experience Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently and follow SOPs Basic Microsoft Office skillsPreferredForklift experience or certification Experience with plastics materials or compounding processes Manufacturing software or production systems experience 4–8 years of manufacturing experienceSchedule & Eligibility10 -12-Hour Shifts Days or nights, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required Must be authorized to work in the United States No travel required No supervisory responsibilitiesImportant Employment NoticeThis position is a temporary assignment employed through a third-party staffing agency.
