Swagel Wootton Eye Institute, a trusted leader in ophthalmic care for more than 60 years, is seeking an experienced Comprehensive Ophthalmologist and Cataract Surgeon to join our growing team in the Phoenix East Valley.

Perform comprehensive consults and deliver high-quality cataract and refractive surgical care.
Utilize premium IOLs and advanced technologies to optimize visual outcomes.

Compensation Model: Swagel Wootton Eye Institute offers a 12-month guaranteed compensation draw, providing financial stability during the first year of practice. After 12 months, physicians transition to a productivity-based compensation model that adjusts and increases throughout the year based on year-to-date (YTD) net collections. This structure rewards performance and growth while maintaining transparency and fairness.

Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
2-5+ years of experience performing cataract surgery preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with premium lens technology and refractive cataract techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
