Position Title: General Ophthalmologist – Partnership Track

About the Practice & Opportunity
A premier, well-established solo ophthalmic practice in sunny South Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Ophthalmologist to join our team. We offer a clear, structured partnership track for an ambitious physician seeking long‑term professional growth, clinical autonomy, and financial security in a highly desirable coastal market.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care to a diverse patient population.
Perform anterior segment surgery, including routine and complex cataract surgery, premium IOL implantation, and laser procedures.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions, including glaucoma, dry eye disease, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and acute eye care.
Collaborate effectively with co‑managing optometrists, primary care physicians, and subspecialists.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO).
Licensure:Active Florida Medical License (or eligible for licensure in Florida).
Experience:Strong clinical judgment with excellent people and surgical skills plus a commitment to excellent patient care and modern surgical techniques. New graduates/fellows and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.
