Job description
Support 1D and 3D CFD analysis of cooling components and systems.
Apply strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer .
Perform cooling system simulations using ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, or OpenFOAM .
Work with GT-SUITE for 1D thermal-fluid analysis.
Develop and evaluate meshes using ANSA, ANSYS Workbench, or SpaceClaim .
Use Creo or similar CAD tools for engineering analysis.
Apply programming skills in Python, C++, or Java .
Support analysis of diesel engines, powertrain cooling, and electrification systems .
Support product development through thermal and cooling system performance analysis.
Analyze results, identify issues, and recommend engineering solutions.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, Aerospace Engineering, or related field .
1+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in cooling system performance and CFD/1D simulation .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of machines, engines, battery/electric systems , or related product development processes.
