What Youll Do
Assist in monitoring SMT AOI SPI and Selective solder equipment for performance issues
Help engineers collect and analyze production data defects cycle times yields
Participate in Design of Experiments DOE and continuous improvements projects
Develop or maintain small software tools scripts Python C for data collection reporting and automation
Support integration o shop floor equipment with IFS systems
Assist in building dashboards for process monitoring quality tracking and engineering reporting
Contribute to documentation updates
Assist in developing test jigs fixtures or simple PCBs to aid production and validation
Co Op gains experience in Hands on experience with PCB assembly processes and test methodologies
Understanding the interaction of hardware software and manufacturing systems
Build practical skills in data analysis automation and process improvement
Experience the engineering problem solving cycle from defect discovery to solution implementation
What Youll Bring
Sophomore Junior or Senior interested in computer engineering
30 GPA or greater
Experience with C Azure Java Python
Some experience with HTML SQL CSS JavaScript
