Job description

Role Overview

Apply systems analysis expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. You will support customer projects by improving computer systems and business processes while contributing to the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Gather, document, and validate requirements with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Create detailed business process models using industry-standard methods to guide system enhancements.

Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.

Diagnose technical issues and recommend actionable solutions that support platform development.

Collaborate remotely with project managers, developers, and other professionals to deliver work aligned with customer needs.

Provide domain expertise for AI training-data and scenario design and validation.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting role.

Expertise in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, and business process modeling, including BPMN or UML.

Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.

Demonstrated success collaborating virtually on remote projects.

Strong problem-solving abilities and close attention to detail.

Experience supporting technology-driven transformation or AI-related initiatives is a plus.

Work Terms

Remote, US-based contract engagement.

Compensation

$60 to $120 per hour.
