Job description
Reiss is seeking a Concession Manager for our Macy's Broadway Plaza Mall concession in Walnut Creek, California. This full-time permanent role leads the concession team, delivers exceptional customer service, and drives commercial and operational excellence to meet targets.
You will plan long-term goals, manage stock, supervise recruitment and performance reviews, and ensure promotions and merchandising are executed to high standards.
