Concessions Attendant - Serena's - PT & FTProperly receive and greet guestsTake orders and serve food/beverages in a fast-paced environmentProperly accept and process guest paymentsPrepare/order pizzas, sandwiches and salads using standard formulas or following directionsClean area, maintain dining area, wipe tables and dispose of trashStock and restock items as necessaryInsure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulationsOther duties as assignedPrior concessions preferred including POSMust be able to multi-task and be self-motivatedMust be able to communicate clearlyPossess excellent cash handling skillsEnjoys working in a fast-paced environmentStanding, stooping, and bending for long periods of timeMust be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special eventsMust be able to obtain KY Racing LicenseMust be at least 21 years oldWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is subjected to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines.
