Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
Chattanooga Concessions LLC is looking for an energetic and dependable Concessions Operations team member to join our crew in Collegedale, TN! This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you‘ll be at the heart of the action, serving up great food and experiences to guests. If you thrive in a lively environment and love being part of a team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food and beverage items quickly and accurately at concession stands
Operate cash registers and handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the concession stand and surrounding areas
Restock supplies, condiments, and inventory throughout shifts to ensure smooth operations
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service to guests in a high-volume environment
Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times
Assist with opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of concession areas
Requirements:
Previous experience in concessions, food service, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event days
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
