Job description
Bayview Healthcare in Florida seeks a CNA/Concierge to support hospital-to-nursing home transitions and enhance patient satisfaction. You will greet patients, assist with settling in, and provide facility orientation while serving as a primary non-clinical contact for families.
Requirements include a Florida CNA certification, ability to pass a drug screen and Level 2 background check, and preference for 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Competitive pay and PTO offered.
