Job description
Trinity Health Medical Group is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join the Lacks Employee Health Facility team in Kentwood, Michigan. The clinic operates 7a-5p, Monday–Friday, with no weekends, no on-call, and 100% of time at the new facility with modern patient rooms.
The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities within a concierge-style practice, comprehensive benefits, on-site medications, lab draws, and a supportive team including physicians, APPs, and staff.
