Trinity Health Medical Group in Kentwood, MI, is seeking physicians to join the Lacks Employee Health Facility team. You will provide full-scope primary care in a concierge model with 30-minute visits, 7a–5p, Monday–Friday, with on-site meds and labs.

The clinic emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with a small clinical team, and opportunities for professional growth, with administrative support and a modern EMR (Epic/MyChart).
