Concierge Internal Medicine Opportunity – Palm Beach County, Florida
An established pioneer in the field of Concierge Medicine is seeking a highly personable, patient-focused Internist to transition into a thriving concierge practice in beautiful Palm Beach County, Florida.
This unique opportunity is designed as a smooth pathway to practice ownership. The incoming physician will begin with a brief employment transition period followed by a structured buy-in process, with ownership terms discussed upfront.
The practice currently generates more than $1.3 million annually with approximately $700,000 in net income and has been professionally evaluated. A competitive transition salary will be provided prior to ownership.
Practice Highlights
Established, highly respected concierge medicine practice
Typically 6–8 patients per day
Majority seasonal/snowbird patient population
Very light after-hours call (approximately one call every other day)
Minimal inpatient responsibilities:Only a few admissions per week during season
Even fewer during off-season
Two additional physicians assist with call coverage
Transition Support
The current physician is fully committed to ensuring a seamless and successful transition by:
Personally introducing patients to the incoming physician
Assisting with hospital staff privileges
Supporting practice growth during the transition and buyout
Remaining available as a mentor and resource throughout the handover process
