CONCRETE FIELD TECHNICIAN
L.M.C. Materials Testing we are leaders in the concrete testing industry, with an available opportunity for an entry level position. We are offering a sign $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment.
Requirements
* ACI 1 Certification
* High School Diploma
* Visit various job sites in the 5 boroughs to perform controlled concrete inspections during the placement of concrete.
* Working knowledge of the principles and terminology in the Construction Inspection Industry.
* Prior work experience in the Construction Inspection Industry (with references) a plus.
* Reliable means of transportation.
* Weekend Availability if necessary.
Qualifications: * Must be in good shape and able to lift 50-100 pounds repetitively.
* Excellent communication skills required.
* Knowledgeable and able to read plans and specifications.
* Must be a team player and work well with others.
* Organization skills
* Flexible work hours as requested
* Must be punctual
* OSHA 30
* ACI Field Testing Technician Certification
