Job description
Concrete FinisherWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete in various construction projects. This role requires knowledge of proper concrete finishing techniques, tools, and safety procedures.Responsibilities:Assist crew in execution of work, including demo, form, and finishing of concreteSet forms that hold concrete in place for structures such as sidewalks, curbs, floors, and drivewaysMeet daily production goals by understanding and performing all aspects of concrete operationsMonitor the effects of weather on concrete curing and take necessary precautionsRepair and resurface worn or damaged concrete surfacesEnsure work meets job specifications and quality standardsPerform other routine duties as directed by the ForemanFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean job siteQualifications:At least 5 years' experience as a concrete finisherValid Driver's LicenseMust be able to travel to jobsites as assignedAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsWe are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
