Job description
Concrete Manufacturing ProductionCurrently looking for team players to join our production, performing tasks in a manufacturing setting in order to safely craft concrete products in a timely and efficient manner. We produce a variety of retaining wall blocks, and light pole bases. The work environment is fast-paced, rewarding and over time a high level of expertise can be developed along with the ability to spot and correct errors. Requirements include being on your feet for long periods and being able to lift objects in excess of 50 lbs. A valid driver's license, and previous experience in a manufacturing or construction setting is a bonus. Some of the duties performed are:Clean and prep empty molds for fillingOperate controls on concrete pouring machinery to fill moldsRemove excess concrete from molds for a clean finishEnsure products are being filled to the proper heights and cleaned thoroughlyOperate machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, to sort, stack, transport, and load/unload productPackage and label finished products for inventoryInspect for quality related issues as it relates the molds and formsMaintain machinery and equipment through daily inspections and cleanlinessWork in a safe and responsible manner that abides by all company procedures and OSHA standardsLearn and perform other production related duties as needed
