Job description
At Fox Cities Builders, were looking for hardworking team players who are ready to take their concrete career to the next level. As a Concrete Leadman, youll work alongside the Foreman to lead crews, solve problems, maintain quality, and help deliver projects that stand the test of time.

What Youll Do:
Help lead concrete crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects
Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and daily jobsite operations
Read blueprints and help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently
Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily production needs
Promote a safe work environment and lead by example
Step into the Foremans role when needed to keep projects moving
Help solve challenges in the field and maintain quality workmanship
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of concrete construction experience
Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid drivers license required
