Location: Downtown San Diego, CA or Las Vegas, NV
Work Model: Hybrid
Compensation: $58,000-$63,000 annually, depending on experience + bonus potential
About the Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-oriented Conflicts Assistant to join a growing Conflicts team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and interested in developing their career within a professional legal environment.
In this role, you'll work directly with the Conflicts team to execute preliminary conflicts requests, support client and matter maintenance, and communicate regularly with attorneys to gather information related to new and ongoing client matters.
What You'll Do
Execute preliminary conflicts requests for new clients and matters
Process client and matter maintenance requests
Communicate directly with attorneys to obtain information related to new and ongoing matters
Complete administrative tasks and special projects supporting the Conflicts team
Maintain accurate information and documentation within internal systems
Follow up on outstanding requests and information to keep conflicts processes moving forward
Learn and utilize new technology, software, and conflicts systems
Manage multiple requests, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously
Provide responsive and professional internal customer service to attorneys and team members
What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience with Intapp is a plus
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Interest in developing a career within a law firm or professional services environment
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,000-$63,000 annually, depending on experience. Bonuses may also be awarded based on individual and firm performance.
