Job Description:
Logisnext Americas Inc. is a technology-driven forklift manufacturer with over 100 years of experience, providing scalable products and services in material handling and automation. We are seeking a technical and strategic owner for emerging technology systems within our forklift portfolio, focusing on integrating advanced technologies such as telematics, LiDAR, and AI camera systems.
Responsibilities:
Define product vision, roadmap, and technical specifications for connected solutions.
Manage the end-to-end release process, including BOM accuracy and production readiness.
Lead integration of telematics, LiDAR, AI cameras, and UWB into forklift systems.
Act as the primary technical contact for tier-1 suppliers and manage RFQs.
Lead system-level validation and support prototype build activities.
Track and resolve electrical system issues to improve efficiency and robustness.
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related field).
7 years of experience in electrical systems engineering in an OEM environment.
Proven track record of managing a product from concept to end-of-life.
Proficiency in PLM software (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill).
Working knowledge of electrical engineering principles and control systems.
Skills:
Experience with CANBus protocols and testing tools (e.g., P-CAN, CANalyzer).
Hands-on experience with electrical test instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies).
Ability to present to executive leadership and justify technology decisions.
