Licensed P-2 Plumber in CT Needed for Full-Time PositionValerio Emergency Plumbing is hiring an experienced Connecticut-licensed P-2 plumber for a full-time service position. This is an opportunity for a capable plumber who wants steady work, competitive pay, professional support, and a meaningful role in the growth of a locally owned plumbing company. We primarily perform residential and commercial service, repair, and emergency plumbing throughout Fairfield County. This is not exclusively a construction or rough-in position, we are an emergency service provider.The right candidate should be comfortable diagnosing problems, communicating with customers, presenting appropriate repair options, and completing quality work without constant supervision. Compensation:$42–$50 per hour, based on service experience and technical abilityOvertime opportunitiesAdditional earnings for after-hours emergency servicePerformance and compensation reviews as the company growsWhat You Will Do:Diagnose residential and light-commercial plumbing problemsRepair leaks, burst pipes, failed fixtures, water heaters, supply lines, drains, and other plumbing systemsRespond calmly and professionally to emergency plumbing callsExplain findings and repair options clearly to customersComplete repairs efficiently and in accordance with Connecticut plumbing codesIdentify additional legitimate plumbing concerns without using high-pressure sales tacticsDocument every job with accurate notes, photographs, materials, and recommendationsCollect required customer authorizations and paymentsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentProtect customers' homes and businesses throughout the service callCommunicate with dispatch and management regarding job statusParticipate in a scheduled, compensated after-hours on-call rotationWhat We Are Looking For:Active Connecticut P-2 Plumbing License—requiredResidential service and repair experienceStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilityAbility to work independently and complete jobs correctly the first timeProfessional, respectful customer communicationValid driver's license and an acceptable driving recordDependability, punctuality, and personal accountabilityAbility to use a smartphone and field-service applicationsWillingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotationAbility to safely perform the physical requirements of plumbing workExperience with water heaters, drain service, sewer cameras, backflow devices, pumps, commercial service, or emergency loss response is valuable but not required in every area.
