(excludes PRN Staff; Attendance and Performance considered)Conroe / GrangerlandIntegrated Community Services is hiring a part-time (25 hours per week) Caregiver - CNA to provide care, support, and activities assistance to an individual with intellectual and physical disabilities in the Conroe area (near the intersections of 242 and Conroe Porter Rd.Personal care of an individual with developmental disabilities and physical disabilities in a natural home setting. The ideal candidate would have Caregiving, Direct Support and/ or Direct Care, C.N.A. or Home Health experience. To support our population of individuals one must be fun, clean, mature, dependable, organized, respectful, and patient in challenging situations.Rate of Pay: $12.00-$15.00Part-Time Position: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00am - 2:00pmC.N.A. / Caregiver Duties include:Assistance with Grooming and ToiletingAssistance with G-tube feeding(s)Assistance with Medication AdministrationAssistance with Range of Motion TherapiesAssistance with turning/ rotating client every 2 hoursHoyer Lift experienceCommunication with family membersSpecialized DocumentationOn-The-Job training is provided!QualificationsQualifications:Must be 21 years or older.Current C.N.A. Certificate preferred, but not RequiredValid and current Texas Driver's LicenseClean Criminal Background (no barring offenses)Clear DMV CheckHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of EducationNo confirmation of Abuse / Neglect / Exploitation of an elderly or disabled personNo history of Medicaid fraud
