Manage job costing , budgets, and project financial tracking
Prepare WIP reports and assist with forecasting
Handle billing, invoicing, retainage , and payment applications
Support month-end close (journal entries and reconciliations)
Partner with project managers on cost reviews and variances
Maintain documentation for AP/AR related to project activity
