Job description
NPL Construction (S4) in Naperville, IL, is seeking an Accounting Services Representative to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and time entry. You will assist with clerical accounting functions, ensure accurate coding, and prepare weekly invoices in a collaborative office setting.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 2 years of administrative/billing experience, with working knowledge of AR/AP and payroll processes.
