Job description
The Weitz Company is seeking a Claims Manager I to oversee administration, analysis, documentation, and resolution of construction-related claims across projects. This role collaborates with Legal, Risk Management, Operations, and project teams to manage insured and uninsured claims, coordinating with carriers, adjusters, and attorneys.
You will maintain files, prepare reports, and assist in proof of loss submissions while ensuring compliance and timely resolution.
