Job description
Job Summary:
You will maintain a safe, hazard-free, and organized workspace by removing heavy trash, fine dust, and leftover building materials. Your work supports active trade crews and prepares finished structures for official inspections.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Debris Removal: Collect and haul away wood scraps, drywall dust, nails, packaging, and general trash.
Surface Cleaning: Wipe down walls, trim, baseboards, doors, and cabinets to eliminate fine construction dust.
Fixture Detailing: Clean new bathrooms and kitchens, polish stainless steel or glass, and peel protective plastic film off appliances and windows.
Floor Care: Sweep, vacuum with HEPA filters, and mop hard floors or carpets.
Safety Compliance: Follow strict workplace safety rules and wear protective gear like hard hats and vests.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift 20 to 50 pounds all day.
Reliability: Strong work ethic with dependable transportation to the job site.
.Experience: Prior general labor or cleaning experience.
