We’re seeking a Construction Commissioning Superintendent – Mechanical to lead the installation, testing, and startup of mechanical systems in high-performance data centers. This role involves hands‑on commissioning of HVAC systems, liquid cooling infrastructure, and piping systems, ensuring all work meets stringent safety, quality, and performance standards.

Job requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical construction management, including at least 3 years in data center or mission‑critical facility projects.

PMP, LEED AP, or similar certifications are a plus.

Proven experience with liquid cooling systems (e.g., direct‑to‑chip, immersion cooling) in high‑performance computing environments.

In‑depth knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and liquid cooling infrastructure.

Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, mechanical drawings, commissioning scripts, and Change Management plans.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and complex projects. Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.

Familiarity with commissioning software, Building Management Systems (BMS), and project management tools such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
