Job description
Aecon is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the U.S. legal team in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel for U.S. Operations and focuses on negotiating project contracts, advising on legal implications of business decisions, and guiding bid teams on risk mitigation.
Qualified candidates hold a JD and bar admission, with 4+ years of relevant experience including in-house with a construction company. Travel to sites may be required.
