Role Overview
This is a high-exposure, high-accountability role for a driven professional looking to build a substantive career in real estate development and construction. Core Responsibilities:
Development
Support the underwriting and feasibility analysis of development opportunities across various asset classes (i.E. Small Bay, Manufactured Housing, Townhomes, etc.)
Conduct highest-and-best-use analyses to identify optimal disposition or development strategies for excess and underutilized land
Assist in the coordination and execution of rezoning applications and entitlement processes, including engagement with municipalities, planners, and legal counsel
Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across active development assignments
Construction & Capital Projects
Support the day-to-day management of active construction projects including ground-up builds, redevelopments, and utility and infrastructure upgrades
Support Capex planning, budget tracking, and draw management across portfolio projects, including assets held within our Scrap Metal vertical
Coordinate with third-party engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
Support grant-funded project administration, including documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting requirements
Conduct regular site visits with your direct report (monthly travel expected) to assess progress and report findings

Interest in value-add real estate, adaptive reuse, or land development
What This Role Offers
This position provides a rare opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure to a sophisticated, multi-state real estate platform.
