Yardman OpportunityCleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.Position Summary: We are looking for a hard-working individual that is able to complete all physical tasks while embracing customer satisfaction. A Yardman must be able to effectively communicate any issues or questions to management and peers. Cleveland Brothers will be dependent on the Yardman to prepare and ensure quality of equipment for customers. This individual must be open to potential overtime and occasional weekend call-ins.Primary Responsibilities:Loading and unloading equipment and attachmentsMaintain and repairing equipment and attachment inventoryClaims inventory recordkeepingAssembling and disassembly of equipmentYard housekeepingQuick rent inspectionsOther related assignments as determined by managementThe incumbent must maintain the main shop's minimum hand tool requirementKnowledge / Skills / QualificationsA thorough knowledge and understanding of the operation of all types of earthmoving, paving, and material handling equipment (for Caterpillar and related products)The ability to safety load and unload this equipmentProven mechanical skills to assemble and disassemble equipmentThe necessary skills to successfully diagnose and repair inoperative equipmentThe ability to maintain and manage inventoryThe human relations skills, abilities and personality to successfully communicate and problem solve with customers and/or driversCustomer satisfaction is of primary considerationWhy Join the Cleveland Brothers Team:Market Leading Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account.Advancement: Take your career to the next level with a dynamic organization that wants to see you succeed!
