Job description
Commercial Construction Estimator
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay: $90K–$120K
Travel: Up to 25%
We are hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to support interior and exterior renovation projects across hospitality, healthcare, senior housing, multifamily, municipal, institutional, and commercial properties.
This position performs detailed takeoffs, develops cost estimates, gathers subcontractor and vendor pricing, levels bids, identifies scope gaps, and partners with project management and field operations through project handoff.
Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial renovation estimating experience
Interior and exterior renovation experience
Strong commercial construction and trade-scope knowledge
Proficiency with PlanSwift, STACK, ProEst, OST, or similar software
Strong Excel and Bluebeam skills
Experience reading drawings, specifications, narratives, and site documentation
Subcontractor outreach, pricing, bid leveling, and scope clarification experience
Pantera, Pipeline, or similar ITB platform experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred;
equivalent field experience considered
This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative estimator who can develop accurate pricing, communicate with vendors and clients, and build estimates when project details are incomplete
