Job description
Hiring: Senior Estimator Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for new construction projects
Review blueprints, specs, drawings, and bid packages to determine project scope and requirements
Evaluate labor, materials, equipment, and associated project costs
Participate in site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and gather information
Identify and resolve scope discrepancies to ensure accurate proposals and pricing
Track project changes, change orders, etc. while maintaining accurate records
