Job description
CDM Smith seeks an experienced estimator to support a range of construction projects focused on cost control and value engineering. You will perform takeoffs, prepare OPCCs, research pricing, and provide bid support across diverse project types.
You will develop budgets, review subcontractor pricing, and contribute to project scheduling and reporting. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is required, with up to 10% travel anticipated.
