¨NBSP; Construction Estimator Wooster, Ohio 44691 Salary: $80k - $125k Full-Time, Permanent Job ID: # About the OpportunityIntegrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a premier Wooster, Ohio area Design and Build Construction Firm that seeks to hire and experienced Construction Estimator who will prepare estimates for a variety of commercial and industrial buildings. ResponsibilitiesThe Estimator will requisition all shop drawings/submittals through the purchase ordering process.The Estimator will be the administrative contact with project Owners and representatives.Monitor contractual issues, the bulletin/change order process, billings, and payments due from owner to ensure payments are received in a timely manner.Prepare estimates which includes establishing material quantities, cost of materials, man-hours needed to complete the job, amount, type, and hours of tools and equipment, subcontractor costs, permits/fees and insurance, etc. The Estimator purchases all material, supplies, services and subcontractors on obtained jobs that they estimated.RequirementsExperience in the construction industry which should include Estimating or Project Management related position related to the construction industry is preferred.Advanced knowledge and use of computer spreadsheets, word processing and estimating software, preferably Microsoft Excel.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life insurance401(k) Retirement Plan, Company MatchPaid Vacation, Paid Holidays Construction EstimatorCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens!
