Job description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Construction Field Supervisor to oversee daily job site operations and coordinate field crews. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications while maintaining strong communication with team members, subcontractors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site safety inspections
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all phases of construction
Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently
Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays in a timely manner
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in construction, with supervisory or leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
Primarily works on construction sites in varying weather conditions
Requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting materials
May require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on project needs
