We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support construction crews on active commercial jobsites. This is a hands-on position involving material handling, jobsite cleanup, tool and equipment organization, fire watch, lift spotting, and general construction support.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks to keep projects running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Assist skilled tradespeople with general labor and non-trade tasks.
Help with jobsite setup, breakdown, and preparation.
Move and stage materials and supplies throughout the jobsite.
Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
Perform fire watch and lift spotting duties as assigned.
Follow supervisor instructions and jobsite safety procedures.
Complete additional general construction duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in an active construction environment.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a team.
Strong awareness of jobsite safety.
Reliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites is required.
Willingness to perform different tasks throughout the workday.
