We are seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in contributing to successful projects. As a General Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting with material handling, equipment preparation, site organization, loading and unloading, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment
Perform general cleanup and maintain an organized work area
Support team members with daily operational and project-related tasks
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Help ensure projects stay on schedule by completing assigned tasks efficiently
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
