Job description
City Hill Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Manager to build and lead our internal HR and payroll function for a growing site work and excavation company in western NY.
You will manage weekly payroll including certified payroll for public works, onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR compliance while partnering with ownership to develop our HR infrastructure as the company continues to grow.
