NOW HIRING: GENERAL LAB ORER – CONSTRUCTION
Panama City - Niceville - Fort Walton Beach - Destin - Freeport, FL | $16.50–$19/hour
Looking for a hands-on job where every day is different? We're looking for dependable, hardworking General Lab orers to join our team and work on construction projects throughout the Emerald Coast!

PAY: $16.50–$19/HOUR
PAID WEEKLY — DIRECT DEPOSIT
Pay is based on the specific position, job requirements, and level of experience.

We have a variety of construction assignments available, including:
Contract positions for specific construction projects or assignments
Temp-to-hire positions with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance and company needs
General lab or and construction support positions
The type of position will depend on the specific job and location.
🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a General Lab orer, you may assist with a variety of construction tasks, including:
Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
Assisting skilled tradesmen and construction crews
Demolition and removal of materials
Site cleanup and debris removal
Preparing job sites for construction
Using hand and power tools safely
Assisting with basic construction and remodeling tasks
Measuring, cutting, and moving materials as directed
Moving equipment, tools, and materials around the job site
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following job-site safety procedures
Performing physical lab or as needed
Helping complete projects efficiently and safely
No two jobs are exactly alike, so being adaptable, dependable, and willing to learn is important!

Willing to learn and take direction
Able to work in physically demanding environments
Comfortable lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
Professional and respectful on job sites
Willing to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
A valid driver's license is preferred
Previous construction, remodeling, demolition, landscaping, maintenance, or general lab or experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person!
