Construction Laborer
Pinemar is a team of builders and craftspeople working together to build custom homes, complex renovations, and exceptional spaces throughout Philadelphia, the surrounding counties, and Delaware.
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Laborer to support our Superintendents, Foremen, Carpenters, and trade partners on residential construction projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how homes are built from the ground up. For the right person, the role can provide a path toward an Apprentice Carpenter position and continued growth within the construction industry.

What You'll Do
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and free of debris throughout construction
Haul and dispose of scrap materials, packaging, and jobsite waste
Load, unload, stage, and organize building materials and deliveries
Sweep, clean, and prepare homes for inspections, trades, and final walkthroughs
Assist the Superintendent with daily tasks, site setup, and errands
Help maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite safety measures
Support trade contractors and the project team as needed
Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe, organized work environment
Work independently and as part of a team to keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Strong organization and communication skills
Able to work well with the internal team and subcontractors
Able to follow directions carefully and complete tasks independently
Eager to learn and develop new construction skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Able to perform physically demanding work consistently, including lifting up to 75 pounds
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Reliable transportation
Construction experience is a plus, but not required
