Must be 18 years old
Earn $22-$34/hour working on real commercial and agricultural construction projects.
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team specializing in commercial and agricultural building projects. This role involves hands-on construction work on job sites including warehouses, commercial structures, barns, and farm-related facilities.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Prior construction experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are most important.
Key Responsibilities Assist with construction of commercial and agricultural buildings (steel structures, pole barns, warehouses, and related projects).
Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment on job sites.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist carpenters, foremen, and crew members with framing, assembly, and installation work.
Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and material organization.
Support foundation, framing, roofing, and siding installation as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Assist with equipment setup and basic maintenance.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently as part of a team.
Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Construction or farm-related experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
Work Environment Commercial and agricultural construction job sites.
Travel to local and regional project locations may be required.
Fast-paced, physically active, and team-oriented environment.
Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Friday 7:00am - 11:00am
Hours may vary based on project needs.
Pay & Benefits $22.00-$34.00/hour , based on experience and skill level.
