CONSTRUCTION LABORERS CONCRETE/WATERPROOFING (Maspeth, Queens, NY)
Starting Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hr.
JOB DUTIES:
Repair sidewalks.
Perform concrete-related work.
Perform waterproofing work.
Work with cement, concrete, and waterproofing materials.
Travel to various job sites throughout the boroughs as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
OSHA 40 Certification.
Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Minimum 2 years of construction experience in one or more of the following areas:
Waterproofing
Sheetrock installation and plastering
Masonry and sidewalk repairs
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills but not required.
Experience with wet trades, including construction work involving materials mixed with water or liquids such as cement and concrete.
