Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Construction Laborer.
Physical Capabilities
PPE, including a hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and steel-toed shoes, is required
Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
