Job description
The Woodbury, Long Island office of Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a full-service National Law firm, seeks an attorney to join its Construction Commercial Litigation group. You will handle matters for Owners, General Contractors, and Subcontractors across disputes, contracts, and risk management in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials in NY State and Federal courts. A JD and NY admission are required.
