Build on a Strong Platform
We are seeking a shareholder‑level or counsel construction litigation attorney to join and expand a thriving construction disputes practice supported by meaningful firm demand. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced construction litigator who seeks a strong platform, collaborative support, and room to lead, with or without a significant portable book.
This role is ideal for a construction litigator who wants to focus on sophisticated matters, deepen client relationships, and grow a practice with firm backing. We have work, infrastructure, and cross-selling opportunities already in place and are looking for an attorney ready to take ownership of matters and help shape the future of our construction litigation platform.
You will
Lead and manage complex construction and commercial litigation matters
Serve as trusted counsel to clients throughout all phases of disputes
Collaborate with a bench of litigators and support professionals
Help grow and develop the firm’s construction litigation capabilities
