Job description
Hiring: Construction Coordinator/ Manager Location: Richmond, VA (On-Site)
Duration: 11+ Month Contract
Pay Rate: $140–$142/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate industrial equipment installation projects.
Oversee hourly workers and coordinate with engineering teams.
Provide weekend support for equipment installations.
Coordinate contractors and ensure timely completion of work.
Prepare project plans and related documentation.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Requirements:
15+ years of relevant construction experience.
Strong experience in construction coordination and equipment installation.
Experience managing contractors and coordinating project activities.
Availability to support weekend installations as needed.
