Construction PlumberFMM is seeking motivated Construction Plumbers to join our team! FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.Job Summary:Responsible for installation of new plumbing systems on a multi-family construction project in Houma, LA.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Residential plumbing new construction installation and renovationsCommercial plumbing new construction installation and renovationsCommunicate effectively with clients, vendors, peers, and supervisorsThis job description is a summary of the primary duties and responsibilities of this position. The company reserves the right to change these descriptions at its discretion.Required Skills and Abilities:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installationProfessional written and verbal communication skillsWorks well with a teamAbility to work independently without instructionTech savvy (mobile friendly technology)Problem solving skillsTools are not required but are a huge plus!This position requires a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.Candidates currently holding licenses or certifications will be highly considered and competitively compensated; however, experience in the industry will be accepted.In addition, the following training/experience is a PLUS but not required: DWV piping systemsDomestic Water systemsGas pipingGrease trap installation and serviceSewer linesCan operate the following equipment: trackhoe, ditch witch, skid steer, lull, scissor lift, and man liftEducation and Experience:High School DiplomaThree (3) to Five (5) years previous experienceAbility to handle multiple projects and make decisions using FMM's core values of Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Safety, and VersatilityProficient in computer, text, and email skillsMay perform other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a timeAbility to pass a background and drug/alcohol screeningBenefits:Health Insurance-FMM will pay 50% of the employee's premium401K Contribution-FMM will match employee contribution up to 3%Optional voluntary benefitsPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany Provided Health Club membershipCompany Vehicle and Fuel Card or Vehicle Allowance (dependent on company requirements)At FMM, we provide our clients with high quality, high value maintenance and construction services while maintaining superior levels of communication, professionalism, integrity, and honesty with our staff, clients, suppliers, and professional associates.
