Competitive Salary: Starting at $80,000 - $100,000/year plus performance-based incentives

What We're Looking For
Licensed MA Journeyman Plumber - Preferred
3+ years of residential construction experience - Confident working independently and taking charge
Experience in new construction plumbing installations - Residential or commercial
Ability to read and interpret blueprints & plumbing schematics
Strong communication skills & teamwork mindset
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Comfortable with technology (Apple products & ServiceTitan preferred)
Your Workday
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - Enjoy predictable hours that let you plan your personal life
Plumbing System Installations - Work on residential and commercial new builds
Rough & Finish Plumbing - Install piping, fixtures, and water systems from start to finish
Read & Follow Blueprints - Ensure accurate and code-compliant installations
Coordinate with Contractors & Team Members - Work efficiently alongside other trades
Assigned Jobs - From Start to Finish - You are responsible for seeing each assigned project through from beginning to completion, ensuring quality and compliance every step of the way
Take Ownership of Your Work - Deliver quality craftsmanship with every installation
